Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians

We pay our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ancestors of this land, their spirits and their legacy. The foundations laid by these ancestors give strength, inspiration and courage to current and future generations, both First Nations and non-First Nations peoples, towards creating a better Queensland.

Brisbane Festival

Brisbane Festival

Awakening in spring, Brisbane Festival transforms the city into a stage. The Festival transforms theatres, parks, streets, rooftops – and everything in between – into vibrant arenas where art meets place, and audiences are invited into moments that are bright and electric, raw and revelatory.

This September, QPAC is at the heart of Brisbane Festival – the place where bold stories, world-class performances and electric moments take centre stage. As the city transforms into a vibrant playground of art and celebration, QPAC plays host to some of the Festival’s most anticipated works.
