Ticketing Enquiries
If you have a question relating to a booking, or if you wish to purchase a ticket, contact us on:

Email: info@qtix.com.au and include your name and booking reference number. If your enquiry is related to a performance within 48 hours, please call QTIX on 136 246.
Group and School Bookings
If you want to make a Group (for groups of 10+) or School booking, submit your group booking request or school group booking request online or contact the team on (07) 3840 7466 or at groups@qtix.com.au from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Subscribe your group or association to receive priority group booking information and special offers to a wide variety of events.

If you have any feedback regarding your recent QPAC experience, submit your feedback online via this form. Your feedback, whether positive or negative, plays a vital role in shaping and improving our services.
Lost Property
If you want to check if your lost property has been found, contact Stage Door on (07) 3840 7500 or email stagedoor@qpac.com.au. We keep a register of all lost property found at QPAC.

Opening Hours
Call Centre Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9am to 8:30pm
Sundays and Public Holidays: The call centre opens 2 hours before a scheduled performance in QPAC theatres (but not earlier than 9am). The call centre will close at the commencement of the last performance at QPAC theatres.
Box Office Opening Hours
Main Box Office, Mezzanine level
Mon to Sat
9am to 8:30pm (when an evening performance is scheduled in the Lyric Theatre or Concert Hall).9am to 6pm (when no evening performances are scheduled in the Lyric Theatre or Concert Hall).
Sundays and Public HolidaysBox Office opens 2 hours before a scheduled performance in QPAC theatres (no earlier than 9am).
Theatre Box Office will close at the commencement of the last performance at QPAC theatres.
Cremorne Theatre Box Office/Playhouse Box Office
Opens 60 minutes prior to the performances.
